The double-lane, high speed Unity 600 blister packaging line combines high efficiency with a sustainable system design. An innovative transfer unit connects the rotary sealing blister machine to the continuous motion cartoner, eliminating the need for a vacuum assisted overhead conveyor and substantially reducing energy consumption. Moreover, using venturi pumps instead of conventional vacuum pumps significantly lowers the energy-intensive air conditioning requirements in the cleanroom.

The stack transfer unit of the monobloc ensures that the cartoner is only supplied with complete blister stacks, as any gaps are mapped in the software and are automatically compensated for. Consequently, this automated solution does not require a manual blister top-up magazine.
