Fette Compacting is the world’s leading provider of integrated solutions for industrial tablet production. Since 2022, its product portfolio has been expanded to include an entirely novel system for continuous direct compression. The company specializes in high-performance machines for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary and confectionary industries. Its range of products and services comprises tablet presses and the aforementioned continuous manufacturing technology, tooling and process equipment, as well as maintenance, training and consulting services.

In the realm of continuous manufacturing, Fette Compacting offers a uniquely compact, versatile solution for directly-compressible products, with a throughput range of 10 to 200 kilograms per hour.

The company holds 140 patents covering core technologies and methods for tablet production and continuous manufacturing, underlining its role as a driver of highly innovative technology.

Its head office is in Schwarzenbek near Hamburg, Germany, with a second manufacturing facility in Nanjing, China.

Fette Compacting operates a global competence network with six fully-equipped and digitally-networked Competence Centers in Germany (Schwarzenbek), the USA (Rockaway, New Jersey), Brazil (Campinas), India (Goa), Belgium (Mechelen) and China (Nanjing). With more than 100 highly specialized service technicians and application engineers worldwide, customers have access to our entire wealth of expertise and all the services provided in tablet production and continuous manufacturing at any of the sites within this network. In addition, Fette Compacting specialists take care of customer needs at 11 subsidiaries as well as in 40 other international agencies.
