VENTILUS® production scale fluid bed processor from Romaco InnojetThe multipurpose VENTILUS® Production fluid bed processor is used for drying, granulating and coating fine solid particles. Thanks to its innovative process air distribution system, batch processing times are shortened by up to 25%. The homogeneous flow conditions inside the cylindrical product container ensure extremely gentle intermixing of the batch.
Meanwhile, the central bottom spray nozzle enables precise application of the spray liquid with a well-defined droplet size. The reproducible process parameters of VENTILUS® technology enhance high product quality, reduce spray liquid losses, and simplify scale-ups.
