TPR OPT Tablet Coater from Romaco TecpharmThe TPR OPT tablet coater covers an extremely wide batch size range from 10% to 100% in a single drum. This extraordinary flexibility is achieved thanks to a very high level of automation without any manual adjustments. An intelligent spray arm with movable spray nozzles not only ensures the correct spray distance but also the ideal spray angle. The patented system is controlled by sonar technology.
Furthermore, air exhaust flaps that can be opened steplessly allow for exact adjustment of the air path inside the drum. This precise flow control ensures loss-free application of the coating suspension and efficient drying of the tablet bed.
