STF 120 rigid tube filler from Romaco SieblerThe fully automatic STF 120 rigid tube filling machine is a user-friendly solution for packing effervescent and vitamin tablets into plastic or aluminium tubes. Products are filled with exceptional care using the rotation principle, making the system particularly suitable for very soft and fragile tablets with a hardness as low as 40 N.
Several pick-and-place systems ensure highly controlled processes for tube feeding, filling, closing, and discharge. Tube length and filling volume can be adjusted independently of specific formats. Overall, the STF 120 requires only a small number of compact format parts, resulting in very short changeover times.
