
Romaco Pharmatechnik GmbH in Karlsruhe welcomes Boris Bachmeier as its new Managing Director, succeeding Markus Regner, who, by his own request, will be departing the company at the end of November.
Recently appointed by Romaco Holding GmbH, Boris Bachmeier assumes the role of Managing Director for the Romaco Pharmatechnik business unit in Karlsruhe, Germany. Taking over from Markus Regner, who has effectively steered the company since 2018, Bachmeier steps into the position as of the end of November. Notably, the Romaco facility in Karlsruhe is responsible for the production of all blister, heat sealing, and rigid tube filling machines traded under the brand names Noack and Siebler.
Bachmeier's professional journey began with military service in the German air force, followed by studies in economics and management in Munich. Subsequently, he transitioned into various management roles with a focus on human resources. Further enhancing his qualifications, he pursued a part-time MBA (Master of Business Administration International Management) before entering the industry in 2010. His extensive career encompasses leadership roles in the engineering and automotive sectors. At 44 years old, Boris Bachmeier brings over two decades of valuable management experience to Romaco, marking a significant addition to the company's leadership team.
