Health care marketing agency LiveWorld has released an AI Brand Reputation Index demonstrating how AI influences the reputation of the 50 most prominent OTC brands across ten major product categories.
The agency analyzed 50 of the most prominent consumer health products across 10 key OTC categories. Each brand was scored across four weighted reputation drivers (product satisfaction; brand trust; visibility and marketing strength; accessibility and value), based on real-world consumer experience and AI-driven data analysis.
Analysis was conducted using leading large language models including ChatGPT-4, Claude and Perplexity AI, based on how these models respond to common health-related consumer queries.
CeraVe came out as the leading brand overall followed by Neutrogena, Advil, Nature Made, and Pepto-Bismol. See the full rankings here.
