Esteve has acquired U.S.-based CDMO Regis Technologies, enabling the company to establish a presence in U.S.
The acquisition will allow Esteve to ramp up contract development and manufacturing of small-molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) of all types. This will include API solutions for the entire drug development life cycle: from preclinical to commercial manufacturing.
Esteve CDMO (which operates under the Esteve Química brand) develops and manufactures APIs, high potent APIs, and advanced pharmaceutical intermediates. It already has production plants in Spain, Mexico, and China.
Regis, headquartered in Chicago, offers various services, including cGMP manufacturing, analytic development, process chemistry, HPAPI manufacturing, and structure elucidation and impurity services.
