Patrick Lockwood-Taylor has resigned as president, CEO, and member of the board for Perrigo Company following the board of directors' determination that his personal conduct was inconsistent with the company’s code of conduct and core values.
Perrigo has appointed Albert A. Manzone, a member of the board, as interim president and CEO, effective immediately, while the board searches for a permanent successor.
Perrigo is a leading provider of over-the-counter health and wellness solutions, producing “store brand” versions of acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and allergy and stomach meds for major stores like CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart.
