Michael has been in the industry since 1973. As the owner of SDT, he specializes in troubleshooting, optimization, risk, and gap assessment for manufacturing, processing, and packaging of OSD products worldwide. With expertise in fixing and improving the performance of each unit operation, including formulation, milling, blending, granulating, tableting, encapsulation, film coating, common defects & solutions, and bottle and blister packaging ops. He provides hands-on programs for operators, supervisors, and managers — many programs are presented to the entire team, including R&D, tech services, production, purchasing, quality, cleaning and maintenance personnel.
