Patrícia Cruz leads the process sevelopment team within the Oral Drug Product Development group at Hovione Portugal. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and has 5 years of experience in spray drying of amorphous solid dispersions. Her team is responsible for the development of spray drying processes and downstream processing of spray drying intermediates, ensuring seamless scale-up and tech transfer.
